The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) has published its report on real estate sales statistics for 2024. A Total of 1,478,025 Properties Sold in Turkey in 2024 In 2024, 1,478,025 residential properties were sold in Turkey, reflecting a 20.6% increase compared to 2023. Istanbul recorded the highest number of sales with 239,213 properties. Ankara and Izmir followed with 134,046 and 80,398 sales, respectively. The lowest sales figures were reported in Ardahan, Hakkari, and Bayburt.

The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre has introduced the 3D City Models Production and 3D Cadastre Base Formation Project to modernize property registration and planning processes.
